Lets do this thang. I went to work then came home and took a five hour nap...and I didn't mean to do that. Ha.

Okay so lets back up to Sunday. So friggin much happened. Spent the day in Dover (which I covered in an earlier post.) Here's a photo I forgot that Chelsea took of my excitement over the cobbler and pie.

If you didn't know. Osama or Usama(If your fox news) has been killed. I was actually at my parents house when I found out. My sister came down the stairs yelling why aren't you watching the news he's dead. We switched the channel and began watching America respond to the news. The funniest thing was watching twitter go crazy and see all the comic people try to let everyone know he was dead in some original funny joke. Ha. Most we're lame. But these two made me laugh out loud.
"We just found out he's been killed. Its really awkward in my cab right now."

"So now we know what Jack Bauer's been doing since the end of "24"

Alright so watching facebook was a lot less funny. Everyone was either "ya lets use this as an excuse to get drunk and parade in the streets." or "What?! how dare you be glad he's dead. That's not christian." They both = Stupid.

I am so friggin glad we caught him and that he will no longer be in any position to harm anyone. If your not...then your dumb. Just saying. Am I glad he's dead? Well if I had the choice of him being out and about or caught...I'd pick the ladder. Do I think we should rejoice in his death? No. But I do believe we have a reason to be thankful that our troops did an amazing job carrying out orders. God be with them.

Okay back to less intense topics. Sunday also marked the one year anniversary of the Nashville flood. I was with my girls on our retreat up in Franklin, Tn when it all hit. We were also some of the last to be in the hotel before it became a swimming pool. Here's a few pics...




















Aww man I love those girls. Alright if you've read this far...I'm proud. If not, then you can count on me judging you at this very moment. haha Just kidding.
